Made-to-Order Policy

Since all Karryokah products are carefully crafted to order specifically for you, we do not offer refunds. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly exchange any item that arrives damaged.

What Qualifies as Damage

We will exchange products that arrive with any of the following damage:

  • Snapped or broken thread/string

  • Loose or free-floating beads

  • Visible scratches or indents on wooden beads that go beyond normal, minor imperfections expected in handcrafted items

Exchange Requirements

To request an exchange, please complete this form. In this form, you’ll need to:

  • Submit timestamped photo(s) or video showing the damage within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide 1-2 sentences describing the specific damage

  • Include your original order number

Time Limits:

  • Damage must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Photo/video documentation must be timestamped within this 30-day window

Exchange Process

  • Step 1: Submit Exchange Request — Complete our exchange request form with all required documentation and information. You may also contact us at hey@karryokah.com for additional questions.

  • Step 2: Ship Damaged Item — Once we approve your exchange request, ship the damaged item back to us. Please retain your shipping tracking information as proof of shipment.

  • Step 3: Receive Your Replacement — After we receive and inspect the damaged item, we will promptly ship your replacement product and provide tracking information.

    Important Limitations

  • One exchange per item purchased: Each product is eligible for only one exchange

  • Inspection required: Returned items must pass our quality inspection to confirm damage claims

  • Customer responsibility: Customer pays return shipping costs; Karryokah covers replacement shipping

  • Discontinued items: If your original item is no longer available, we may provide a refund or offer you an available product of equal value

Non-Exchangeable Damage

Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or customer handling after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
